Condition
The condition of the item(s) or model(s) is stated in the ITEM SPECIFICS section of this listing. The pictures are those of the actual items/models that you are purchasing. What you see is what you get - generally well painted/primed/constructed models in good condition. There may be some defects in either the model itself, or in its paint job. If we think there is a major defect or other noteworthy condition, it will be stated in the ITEM SPECIFICS section of this listing and would be clearly visible in the photo of the model. You will be receiving the model(s) only - no cards. The cards may be available for free directly from the Privateer Press website.
Cancelling an order
You need to know! Once a purchase has been made and the payment has gone through, we cannot cancel the order anymore. If you have not paid yet and want to cancel the order, please contact us
within the next 24
hours following the purchase so we can send you the cancellation form through eBay. If you don't send us a request within 24 hours, we may refuse to cancel the transaction. For the cancellation to be effective, you
MUST
accept the cancellation form.
Payments
Payments must be 'Paid in Full'
BEFORE
we will ship out your item(s). Please contact us if you need more time as the non-payer process is automated.
Shipping
Shipping only available to the United States. Items/models are generally shipped via USPS first class mail package, or UPS standard ground, generally 3-7 days delivery time, and include a tracking #. Signature at time of delivery is sometimes required. We cannot guarantee delivery date unless you choose an expedited mail delivery upgrade (if available). We ship orders out on Tuesday and Friday every week. You order will be shipped on one of these days after we receive your cleared payment, to confirmed address. Holidays and address errors (missing apartment numbers, etc) will delay shipping.
*Be aware!
We bubble wrap each model and use packaging filler within the shipping box. Despite this,
sometimes models may still get damaged during shipping due to rough handling
. This is unfortunate but also something outside of our control. We do our best, so please be considerate of our efforts if an item is damaged during its delivery to you.
Multiple Order Shipping
If you are purchasing multiple orders you can ask for their shipments to be combined. Combined shipping is offered at a discounted rate versus shipping each item individually. The amount discounted is variable based on location and shipping requirements.
