Manual/Push button counting machine. The Lock release tends to stick and is hard to move, the more we used it the better it got = probably just needs to be taken apart and fully cleaned. Fresh from a doctors estate, has been setting for many years. At one time it had a label across the top.

Condition:
Functions properly but is stiff.
Needs cleaning. See pictures.
