Vintage heathkit VTVM im-18. Fully Functional. Great condition. Condition is Seller Refurbished
fully functional and still accurate.
Internals have been refurbished with new caps and the tubes have been verified or replaced.
In very good physical condition
Lens is very clear and meter face is not faded.
Only flaw is some scratching in the original paint.
Probes and printout of manual included. no battery.
Pictured is me testing dc volts as well as testing resistance by shorting out the leads.
the internals are in great shape.
Though the paint is minorly scratched, i decided to leave the original paint and sticker.
