    Vintage Electronics Portable Ohmeter in Metal Case Model # 467A, there appears to be some information at bottom of the face but it has worn off, it looks like last word is maybe Nebraska, no other maker information or when it was made. I do not know how it works so could not test it. It looks like it would work as only the exterior is rusted, the dials and everything seem to work and turn freely. Box has a heavy strap, maybe made of rubber? Unit measures 6.25" X 4.25" X  4".
