Vintage Bates Reconditioned Numbering Machine 6 Wheel Style E In Box

Vintage Bates Reconditioned Numbering Machine Six Wheel Style E. Item box number 1181 wrap no. 1129-R, serial number B657864. Measures approx. 6" tall, untested exact working condition is unknown appears to be clean in great cosmetic condition no cracks or splits. Pushes down and up nicely, center "switch knob" moves freely no hesitation all numbers appear to be clean ink free. Red coloration is faded on one side shown in pictures. Also included is ink pad it is dry due to age. Box has light wear that includes a couple scratches scuffs spots rubbing bald spots along edges and corners.
Even though piece is untested it appears to be clean and in solid condition it would make a great addition to any collection.
