In Bates box with directions for use and care (of Bates Numberer) . Ink pad (felt, 1 1/8" x 3/8" x 1/4" Depth) needs replacing. Some rusty spots on identification plate. Last photo shows replacement pads which can be purchased from Amazon. They DO NOT come with the numbering machine, but illustrate needed replacement ink pad.
