    Description:
    Performed visual inspection - read Condition Description
    Initial application of mains power via a variac. Started at 10V, ~30 second dwell, increment by 10V and dwell, continued until 120V reached. All further testing performed via mains power outlet.
    Performed AC Voltage measurements on the 1V to 300V ranges (did not have an AC source for the 1mV to 300mV ranges)
    Voltage readings were ~10% lower than measured on two digital voltmeters (the digital meter measurements were ~2% different from each other)
    Verified rear panel VOLTS OUT (DC) and AC OUT
    Performed dB measurements on AF signal
    Able to zero meter with power off (front panel screw adjustment)
    NOTE: Sometimes the meter would stick when changing ranges, a light tap would unstick the meter and it would function as intended
    No further testing or examination was performed
