Most intermediate trail riders will like the 9 ounce, timid or beginner trail riders 11 ounces, aggressive trail riders 7 ounces. For MX drop down one size from the trail recommendations. Easy bolt on installation, no drilling, grinding or welding. Consider getting the engine lock up tool (E-3) to make installation and removal even easier.
