    Millivoltmeter, Model B3-38 (Latin V3-38)
    Manufactured in the Soviet Union in 1973 (stated on the front panel)
    Last calibrated in 1989
    Seems to be working on my desk (see picture)

    All in all in a very good condition. Has a little dust on it, but complete and not scratched.
    For precision/calibration I don't have the equipment to test it but it does measure when a signal is applied.
