Brand new in the box-Never used. Box opened for pictures and inspection only.
Can push a pile of leaves at 140 MPH and 465 CFM.
Pictures were taken by me so NO surprises. I also took pictures of all the info and specs on the box.
I did try it for 10 seconds to make sure that it was good. I have seen some brand new tools have a problem.
