Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
This item was not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources and we are not familiar with this type of equipment.  When this item was powered on we were able to get it to print out various values and showed some on the display as seen in the images.  It was not connected to any external equipment.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
