First, this will be put on a solid pallet and crated well for the buyer, similar to last picture shown of one we recently sold and shipped. For sale we have a new RHEEM ES50-18-G-1, 50 Gallon, 24KW, 98% ultra high efficiency commercial water heater/booster with manual. This unit is currently set up 240V, but can run 480V, 208V, or 277V as well, single or three phase. Just let me know the voltage and phase you require and I will set it up for your application before shipping. This includes my changing the heating elements to the selected voltage. This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it. Fully functional, but there are some small scratches and dings on the outer casing of this (see pictures), but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that effects functionality. There are several inches of insulation between the cover and tank. The inner tank has been checked and is perfect. Manufactured in 2022, this is not an old unit passed off as new. The least expensive price I could find from an online retailer for this model is 00 plus shipping, and we are only selling for ,700 with FREE SHIPPING to a commercial location only.
