The élan Mira provides text translation and searching, making it easier to provide “read back”. The RAMLock feature assures you of dependable, worry-free maintenance of notes and text integrity. Your élan Mira comes with rechargeable battery packs: one main battery and an internal backup battery. Advanced battery technology prevents the batteries from overcharging so you don’t have to worry about leaving the batteries on the charger overnight or over a weekend. Be aware that batteries are consumable items and are usually ready to be replaced every twelve to eighteen months. EasyLockTM tripod positioning with a positive-locking mechanism provides quick and easy setup. Simply open and set the tripod on the floor and place your machine on it according to the instructions in this guide. Standard Warranty & Returns Policy:
When we make a mistake, we fix it. We may replace the item, exchange it, provide replacement parts, or issue a refund (after the item is returned). We may request pictures orother information to help us process the return.
If you are simply unhappy with your item through no error of ours, you may still return it within 14 days. We will refund $ for the item only, not including outbound or return shipping charges.
Items not part of our standard warranty & return policy are:

Shipping may include service by UPS Ground, FedEx ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Media Mail - we reserve the right to choose the best available carrier regardless of what is in the listing. No P.O. Boxes please.
We generally use EBay's calculated shipping, plus a small packaging fee to cover shipping related materials used. We do not attempt to profit from shipping.
