The LEIBINGER JET3 industrial inkjet printer is a high-efficiency solution for coding products while production is running: The continuous inkjet (CIJ) technology enables non-contact, on-the-fly printing. This means print speeds of up to 6.6 m/s at 10 cpi can be reached. For high-speed applications with lower resolution and larger font widths, easily legible fonts up to 10 m/s can be attained. You can mark a wide variety of surfaces, including flat, rough or concave. Depending on the requirement, you can choose a 50 µm, 60 µm or 70 µm nozzle. LEIBINGER industrial inkjet printers provide maximum availability and reliability, ensuring long intervals between service.
Highest availability: Automated "Sealtronic"nozzle seal
"Sealtronic", the automated nozzle seal in all LEIBINGER industrial inkjet printers, closes the nozzle and gutter airtight. This keeps the ink in the print head from drying out – the industrial inkjet printer is always ready to use. No time-consuming cleaning is required, even after long downtimes.
During breaks in production, the gutter and the nozzle form an airtight circuit: No ink can leak out of the circuit and no air can get in. This keeps the ink fluid at all times – just like a sealed paint can – and the industrial inkjet printer is always ready to go.

Graphics and font editor
BatchJob function: A list of predefined jobs is printed in succession. A separate PrintGo signal triggers each individual job. Repetitions of individual print jobs can be easily entered into the list.
JobSelect, a function for external job selection: You can select a certain job from a predefined list using external signals (PLC). The job is printed with the next PrintGo signal. You can control up to 1024 jobs using 10 digital input signals.
Shoot and print function: Instead of selecting a job number manually, simply load the corresponding print job using a handheld scanner.

Flexible Integration with variable interfaces
Due to the many, multifunctional interfaces on the back of the industrial inkjet printer, the LEIBINGER JET3 can be easily linked to existing machines or incorporated into a higher-level control system
