    This eBay listing is for a used HEATHKIT VTVM Vacuum Tube Voltmeter that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.   I'm unsure on how to fully test this unit but I did power this up fine.   The overall size is about 4.75" across by 8.75" tall by 4.75" deep and the overall condition is very good for it's age.
