NOTE:
Please be noted that iOS 9.2-iOS 12.4 system can only read photos and videos taken by digital cameras; Photos and videos taken by NON-digital cameras or copied from online and other channels must emulate the photos saved by the digital camera and the folders saved by the Camera;
For example, use a computer to create a folder called "DCIM" to the root of the memory card; Then create a folder called "100CANON" into "DCIM";Copy the photos and videos into the “100CANON” folder. Rename photo and video file as "IMG_XXXX". where XXXX is a unique number. For example, if you had one JPG file and one MOV file, name them "IMG_0001.JPG" and "IMG_0002.MOV";

Tips:
1. If photos or videos aren’t transferring, be sure the memory card is inserted properly into the SD Card Camera Reader. Completely unplug the SD Card Camera Reader and memory card, then reconnect them and try again;
2. For iOS 12 or earlier, this sd card reader can only help you to download the photos taken by your digital camera. It is ONE-WAY transfer, ONLY iOS 13 and later supports TWO-WAY transmission;
3. For iOS 13, when connected to iPhone/iPad, the 'import' interface no longer pops up automatically, you can find 'import' in the photo app, but with the 'Files' app is more efficient.
