Released in 1974, the album cover is signed in blue sharpie by original band members Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser and Allen Lanier.  Obtained in-person by the seller at a show in St. Louis Missouri in the early 1990s.  The original disc - current playability undetermined - in original packaging are contained within.
