SHIPS TRUCK FREIGHT ONLY - liftgate is not included in the shipping costs.  Any extra requirements the customer may have over the standard truck freight shipping will be an additional cost to the customer.  This item can only be shipped out to the lower 48 United States.
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged in shipping. Shipping damages will require a shipping damage claim before a new item is shipped to the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer when signing for deliveries to make sure the product is free from visible damage prior to signing or such damage/shortage must be noted in writing with the freight carrier before accepting shipment.
Otherwise, National Tool Warehouse customer service will assist the customer in filing the freight claim for reimbursement from the carrier but any possible loss will be incurred by the customer.  Defective items will have to be returned prior to a new item being shipped. All defects are handled according to the manufacturers return policy.
Before returning a defective product, you must contact Customer Service either by e-mail or by phone in order to receive an RGA Returned Goods Authorization form.  That form is your approval to ship the product back to the address given on the bottom right-hand corner of the form.  Shipping to the corporate office in Missouri or any unauthorized address outside that address given on the RGA form could result in a lesser credit being issued.  If you refuse a product upon delivery any return freight costs will be deducted from your credit.
I will accept payment via PayPal only.  I expect payment within 48 hours of closing.  All Sales are Final.  Shipping charge shown is for the lower 48 United States; Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, VI and APO/FPO orders will require additional shipping charges.  If you have a PO Box listed as your shipping address, please include a Physical Address for us to ship to.
