    Description

    Antique dagger typical of the Mandinka (Mandinga) tribe of Western Africa.  Most likely made in the mid 19th century.
    This dagger includes a detailed, hand tooled leather hide scabbard with etched leather tassel.  The blade is also etched near the hilt on both sides.  (The photo is not clear.)  This dagger would be great for a collection or display piece.
