Antique JOINTED BISQUE DOLL Young Girl with Glass Eyes, Braided Hair 3 1/4" Tall

Description

Here is an antique miniature bisque doll. She has jointed arms and legs. She has glass eyes, and her other facial features are painted. Her heeled shoes and socks are also painted. Her hair is long and braided, held at the end with a satin bow. Her hair is held in place with a mesh netting. She measures 3 1/4" tall. There aren't any manufacturer marks as to company or country of origin. I am guessing she may have been made in Germany.
Condition: Good minus used condition
-- coming from a smoke-free and pet-free environment. All jointed parts are secure -- but it looks as though someone placed a small wood piece in each leg joint hole to hold the joining cord in place. The glue from this has left residue on her legs. There is soiling to the bisque surfaces -- mostly to her legs -- could use a cleaning. The hair is held in place near her forehead, but is movable towards the back (see photo).
