Note
This card reader can only read the photo take by digital camera, can not read the photo taken by DV, Car Camera, or unmanned plane
This card reader is one-way transfer. It can not transfer photo from iPhone to SD Card
If photos or videos aren’t transferring, be sure the memory card is inserted properly into the reader. Completely unplug the Card Reader and memory card, then reconnect them and try again. It takes about 5 seconds or longer to have the photos shown on your Photos app
Make sure the card (CF, SD or TF) is a good one. Please be noted the Wi-Fi SD card is not supported. Please use another card and try again
Use some alcohol to clean the inner part of iPhone & iPad Lightning receptacle. Especially model models like iPhone 5. The dust inside the receptacle may stop the connection between the reader and the iOS device
Please be noted, because of iOS’ limitation, please use this reader to read one card at the same time, which means all cards can’t be read simultaneously
This product is designed to work with digital camera. If photos were taken by the digital camera, the reader can read the memory card easily. If not, the reader may not able to read the photos in your memory card. In that case, we suggest you could try to use your computer, create a folder called "DCIM" to the root of your memory card. Copy the photos and videos into the DCIM folder. Rename each photo and video file as “IMG_XXXX", where XXXX is a unique number. For example, if you had one JPG file and one. MOV file, name them “IMG_0001.JPG” and “IMG_0002.MOV”

How to use
Insert a memory card that contains photos or videos into the Lightning to SD card Camera Reader
Turn on iPhone & iPad and attach the Reader to the Lightning Port
On iPhone & iPad, select the photos and videos that you want to import. After you insert the SD card into the reader, your iPad or iPhone automatically opens the Photos app, which organizes your photos into Moments, Collections, and Years. You can choose the photos you would like to import and find them in Last Import of your Albums. And when you use iCloud Photo Library, all your full-resolution photos and videos are stored safely in iCloud and automatically added to the Photos app on all your devices
